My wife brought our car in today to have the tire looked at because it’s leaking 10 to 15 psi a week the service team wasn’t able to find a leak in the tire, my wife was told they could check the valve stem but that would be $85 to do so. I told my wife to ask Jason to call me because I had questions for him? He told my wife why does he want to talk to me and refused to call me. I called and spoke with someone in the service department requesting to speak Jason Lipman and was told he was going it’s another customer and would call me back at around 11:00 am, and he never did call me back. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Roseville Toyota, this is the second bad occurrence I’ve had with them since purchasing a vehicle from them and I’ve only been there twice since we bought the vehicle. You guys are batting a thousand. Will definitely never buy another vehicle from this location and will not take our vehicle there for services either. Customer service should be your first priory but it’s obviously last on the list. Good job team Roseville Toyota lost another customer!
