I impressed from my first contact Bianca who set up the appt for a recall and Chris was very efficient helping me with a ride home and answering any concerns I had. Two things were off about that day. The first is that toyota doesn't offer any sort of shuttle service or loaner vehicle for major repairs, which means I had to pay for transportation while Toyota repaired their mistake. The second issue is that my service advisor was kind of arrogant and rude. He didn't say anything special, he just had a holier than though tone that was very off putting.
