I had an appointment scheduled for service. Took my Truck in on time came back 2 hrs after the appt and it was still not ready. Staff was rude as well as representative Molly. Not a good experience at all.

She totally shined...quick talker and direct and on point, covered every detail. She was straight up about how long, confirmed covered services, super friendly and not sucking up. She made sure I thought a minute about anything I would want checked, etc...all while entering the info and printing it, and she controlled the papers, which I totally love when a rep does that! Anywhere. She explained as she flipped each page as she was pointing exactly where I needed to sign. I hate it when handed some papers and have to locate different areas to needing signature. She was flawlessly thorough and advised with fast and articulate speach. Seriously, I don’t do many reviews, and certainly not like this one. But Molly rocked it.

First of all, after servicing my car, the air in my 4 tires were way too high -
53, 52, 55, 40. Shane said it would reset correctly but it never did. He said I needed a new tire since one of them had a nail and they couldn’t fix it. He wanted me to buy a new tire - $282.
I decided to take it to a tire business in Roseville and they discovered that the nail was easily taken out and no new tire was needed. I was livid!
Also they corrected the tire pressure on all 4 tires and didn’t charge me a cent.
Now that’s good customer service!
