No contact on the day my car was supposed to be ready. The next day, I couldn't make contact with service department. Multiple calls and voicemail unanswered. Tried on line and approval for service wouldn't work. Very frustrating.

Service was great thanks! Area for improvement: Have a mobile cart to quickly get to the customer when they arrive for drop off as this will quickly keep the driver at ease knowing that you notice them when they arrive.

The media viewer was great to see pictures of the car! It even suggested to type comments for the technician, but there was no submit button so i typed a paragraph for the technician to find i couldnt post it! 4.5/5

Shuttle service I had to wait for 1 hour and 20 min, when I ask the service advisor their answer was not satisfactory. The routine maintenance service was great. For the exterior detailing I paid $110 it wasn’t perfect but acceptable. Over all thank you for the service!

I scheduled a minor service through the internet with a 7:30 drop off and stated on the scheduling system I would be waiting and when I dropped the car off I stated the same. I did not ask how long it would take but hoped it would be less than 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark I texted back to the number that just sent this feedback request and a little later since I did not get a reply, sent a message through the service log in that was sent at the start of my visit. After not getting a reply I went up to the front and since Holt was busy on the 2 occasions when I went there so I enquired with 2 other reps. It was not until almost 3 hours after my appointment time that my car was ready. I would like to see the service department communicate how much time is expected for service - update if it changes, and have some way to respond to text messages. Thanks, Paul
