Brought my vehicle in for service. Let them know heater was not working. Had the service done plus a few other things 600 dollars. No problem. They let me know yes your heater does not work. 175 dollars. 6000 to fix. But still charged me the 175.Wtf

My RAV4 was not serviced as promised time wise
I left the car overnight to service the front brakes and delivered on Thursday at 10:30 . I arrived Thursday at 11:45 to pick my RAV4 to dismay, the car was parked outside without anything done.
I have to come back after 2:15 to pick it up.
I have used this dealership for quite sometime but this experience was very unusual
