It was worst experience ever with any service manager. I been coming to your dealership for servicing my Toyotas over a decade and I will stop coming here now. Javier is very rude and he doesn’t know how to treat customers. When I was talking to him at the time of check in , no nodding no talking when I was asking him few questions about my service, he just shuts his mouth.Also when handing over the car to him I asked him to call me when car was ready it was 2.30 pm them , he said he will call me, I did not receive any call from him. Upon arriving there at 4.30 pm , the person in black told me car was ready for 1 hour , if he would have called I would have saved my 1 hour. When another service advisor gave me a 10% discount he came there and told her not to give me 10 % discount, so rude and unprofessional of him, I will be submitting a formal complaint against him, he don’t deserve a job where he have to communicate with customers.

I picked up my car today and went to change the air filter and found what looks to me to be evidence of a rat or rats in my car. No one noted this on my paperwork or talked to me about it, and I'm angry. This is something that should have been seen when the fluids were checked and then I should have been informed. Also, whoever changed my air filter did not clip the cover back down and left it open. I sent a text message with photos of my engine and left a voicemail today, 3/26/22, and did not receive any response. You have just lost a customer.

Called back twice to follow up on questions regarding recommended services. Reached voicemail and left messages both times. Received subsequent text message where it was apparent that the voicemail message had not been received. Replied to the text message asking for call back and never received follow up. We ended up just returning to retrieve our car and decided to get the recommended services elsewhere.
