I tried for the second time in your official service to find the problem of strange sound under my car but the technician could not identify the problem. I understand that this sound can be heard not always, although very often but your manager heard this strange sound when I arrived. So this strange sound is not only my fantasy. Also, I'm not happy that you wanted to get money from me for the work of a technician who could not find the problem a second time. I have no complaints about the work of the manager.

Appointment was scheduled for 9:45, wasn’t seen until almost 10:30. Met with an abrupt, abrasive attitude. Spent almost 3 hours waiting for a tire rotation and alignment. The service center is clearly over booked and overworked.

I went in to get my truck serviced for the 10,000 miles and when I had my truck returned to me I noticed there was a nail in the front left tire. I did not take my truck off the lot, I saw it before I left. When I looked at the invoice it said that there was no damage to the tires and everything was in good conditions with green check marks all the way dow the invoice. But when I went back in to see if someone could patch it up I was not treated respectfully and I was going to get charged for something that I did not do, and the wait time was approximately an hour and half, which I don't understand why they couldn't just look at my tire and get it over with.
