Robert was great. My only complaint is that I was approximately 30 mins in line waiting to drop off my car. The point of having an appointment time is that things like that don’t happen

I had waited three hours in the waiting room. When I first came in, my service advisor had ensured me that she’d get me when my car was being done with maintenance.She did tell me it would take 2-3 hours for the car maintenance, but, after 3 hours passed, nobody came to get me. I got up myself and saw that my car was done and parked in the lot. I believe my advisor had gone to lunch and did not care to give her assignment to somebody else. I just do not appreciate the waste of my time and lack of communication.
