Service writer was great. But wnen you tell me my tires need to be replaced and there is still ample tread above the wear bars, that is basic dishonesty. Now I have to question all your advice.reminds me of when you gave me a $750 estimate to fix my A/C and I fixed it myself for $5. The Calif. A.Gen. will get you one day. There lots of lawyers in Cal. I will rethink my service.

I was initially told my car would be ready by 12:30pm. I called after 2pm to check on the status since I hadn’t received a text or call. Once I got ahold of someone I was informed the vehicle was ready for pickup. Frustrating that I had to call to find out my vehicle was ready for pickup and someone didn’t reach out once the service was completed.
