Other than waiting almost 3 hours to address a check engine light that I had confidence was triggered by a incorrectly tightened gas cap. Which in turn was what the tech discovered and performed a E-Vap test cleared the error on the computer disengaging the warning check engine light on the dash.
I was originally quoted $184.00 but the charge was reduced to $119.00. that was the only satisfying experience.
I made an appointment that same morning and arrived (activity was lite in the service bay) at 9:30am and didn't leave until 12:23pm.
The tech stated verbally all fluid levels were toped off and tire preasures checked, however the invoice #944265 only listed the tires were inflated to 35 psi.
I do not liked to be told you topped off my fluid levels when in fact was not performed. I call that puffing to appear to the client they one received a good service.
I think you guys can to do a much better job. Especially when the client informed you what is more than likely the problem and having to wait 3 hours to clear the DTCs.
