I was late to work because the rental car was not ready for me at Norm Reeves. No one explained to me that I had to go to another location to pick up the car.
The car was brought in initially last week to have a flat tire repaired.
In the simple process the service Dept mechanic damaged the car. I had to take another morning away from my work schedule to come back again to have the car repaired.
I would like to be contacted by the service Dept manager to get a voucher toward future service needed on the car.

I was told there was a free shuttle, and it’s only free if it’s less than 10 miles. My house is 7.3 miles from the dealership, but according to her mileage computations, it’s 11 miles. I had to take Uber to get home. And I had to take Uber to get back. In addition, the problem is not fixed.

I was there at 10:15am for an oil change and didn’t get out of there until 1:30pm. I was quoted $60 and then Richard said it was $114. So I cut out the tire rotation that it said was included because I can have Discount Tire do that. I probably won’t be back as that wait for an oil change was way too long and everyone that was there when I got there was gone.
