Car issue i made appt for: car randomly shuts off sporadically. Day before it shut off in middle of road posing danger to all 1. the agency did not mention prior to inspection that the issue I was having would have to be duplicated before being able to tell me what could possibly be wrong. It wasn't until 2 and a half hours later that I asked for an update that I was told no update, they are still trying to duplicate. Mentioning that in the beginning would have helped make a decision on waiting or Leaving since I had my 2 children waiting with me. 2. I was not told the cost of inspection prior to inspection. Looking back I should've asked but it should be protocol to mention cost to the customer prior to any service and ask if they should proceed. 3. I asked to speak with the mechanic since I knew the car issue could take days/weeks to duplicate in hopes he could at least tell me possible reasons my engine could be shutting off but I guess if the machine tells them nothing then they know nothing else. An inkling could have helped. So do the mechanics know nothing else except what a machine tells them? He was only able to tell me that the machine said engine shut off. 4. The mechanic lied to me as well. I asked about a past recall that I recently read about and if could be a possible reason for engine shut off, and he said, "That recall's already been taken care of" I asked what do you mean? It's expired? He said "No, it was taken care of for your vehicle, it's in your file" I told him I've only ever gotten regular maintenance done, I've never brought issues up nor has the agency ever mentioned issues like a recall. I asked to see such file and the work he said had been done and it could not be found on the computer. "So, it wasn't done like you said?" I asked him. He said no. So I don't understand how I can trust that what the mechanic is saying was done if he told me something was done and that it was on file when it wasn't. I was hoping that taking my vehicle to the agency of purchase would be the best and most trusted place to take my vehicle for quality service. I've told my husband that I can no longer trust that the agency is looking out for the customer's best interest or that they are there to truly help. I ended up leaving with them telling me what I already knew, that the engine stalls. I hoped that I could at least walk away knowing what the possible reasons for the issue. Instead I was just given the code and I googled it myself. I could've saved $185, 3 hrs of time and avoided an upsetting situation.

I called for the service department manager the same day I picked the vehicle because I still need to get assistance with my brakes. When I brought my vehicle the brakes were calibrated appropriately. But when I received the vehicle the brakes where spongy and with every press I heard air and the brake went down to the floor. I don't feel that the vehicle was thoughtfully inspected to assure that it was in safe drivable condition or advise on what to expect. I'm still expecting a return call from service manager and proper follow-up to make sure brakes are working correctly.

I arrived 30 minutes early, was told it would be quick and I could wait for text in the lobby. I waited, and waited, until at 5 I decided to see what time it would be complete, only yo find out it was done at 340 and they forgot to text or even look in the lobby to see if I was present.....
