The service was great, but i made an appointment online and then had to wait 30 min just to talk to someone. What’s the point of making an appointment online if you have to wait with everyone else who did make an appointment?

John was great, but the process as a whole was not good at all. I did not have an appointment and figured the service would take all day.l, when I was called 2 hours later, and told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, I was happily surprised. I had to get my 2 kids loaded into my wife's car, then drive over from LA Mesa, it took me at least 20 minutes to get there. After another 15-20 minutes John told that my truck was with the alarm guys, that he would go check on it. Another 30 minutes later, I was told that the alarm guys had gone home. I was given an appointment for 7 this morning, I got here at 6:45 only to be told that the alarm guy does not get in until 8. The service writer then faked a call to the alarm guy and said that he was stuck in traffic do to an accident on the 8. He did not need to lie, I would have accepted that the tech would not be until 8 or even 9 for that matter, but these days I have a traffic app showing that the 8 was all green from Alpine to the coast. I am now waiting with a 2 year old and a 5 year old, neither likes sitting still and there's no time frame given for when Mt truck will be done

The drop off box instructions are not being relayed to the technicians. I dropped off the 4Runner on 12/17 and specifically asked to add an oil change. That didn’t happen when I came at 3:30 on 12/18. Left the car and John made it right. Not upset about it but it did change our afternoon. The staff made it right and we have our vehicle with new fluids.
