The service advisor took a "lunch break" when the work was done without someone else covering for him. So, a 90-minute service took over 3 hours when I received the vehicle. The upselling for additional services was ridiculous. $84 for a set of wipers. $245 for cleaning the throttle body. Requesting $140 for service that was agreed to at $99. Just ridiculous. Last time I come to the dealership for service.
