Please don’t let me schedule an appointment if I still have to wait 3 hours for service. I’ve never had to wait so long for a simple oil change. I’m no longer considering purchasing ToyotaCare Plus if this is how you manage appointments.

Awesome experience with Q Holt! :) My only comment was it took 30 mins after I arrived for my appt for my car to get checked in and I wasn’t sure if I should have turned off my engine. And then it took 10 mins inside (which was fine)
