The recalls on my 22 Tundra took an extra day due to Toyota software system being down but otherwise happy with the service. Robert Farr at Norm Reeves is by far the best service rep that I have come across. He is professional, friendly and gets the job done. Five star for Robert

Richard greeted me within minutes of my scheduled appointment and got my Corolla's maintain rolling quickly. He told me it would take about 2 hours and I was pleased that it only took them 1.5 hours. Richard explained the service performed and told me repairs that would be coming up in the future. He has a good rapor with the customer. Good job!

Richard was nice but didn’t seem to prioritize the customers time. I came in before 11am and was told my car would be done at 1pm for an oil change and a tire rotation but I never expect to be done at that exact time. I watched him and waited until 1:30pm to follow up since I still hadn’t heard anything. From that time, he was on the phone talking about the Midway and how people in the military should really be respected and just went on for about 15mins before he finally mentioned to the customer that he’ll let him know when the parts come in. As soon as he hangs up, he dials up another call so I make a point to make sure he sees that I’m waiting on him. He tells me to give him 2mins, but after almost 5mins, Karina politely asked if I had been helped yet. She finally tells me all the recommendations and come to find out, they hadn’t been able to do the tire rotation after all. All that waiting, just for an oil change. Richard came to apologize and basically hand me off to Karina. At this point, it’s almost 2pm and I hadn’t had lunch yet so I just declined everything since I had to come back anyways as parts were not available. Karina was nice enough to check me out but I still had to wait for my car to be taken down from the lift. I waited 10mins to follow up and Richard told me they were almost done and would let me know when my car is ready. I waited another 5-10mins and saw that he had just left his desk to go on break so I go and check outside for my car and it’s parked there. I was there over 3hrs just for an oil change. I feel like this delays repairs on your guys’ end too to keep my car up on a lift for so long. I just felt no respect for my time and I was pretty patient. Poor customer service on Richard’s end. I’m used to coming to Norm Reeves and I know they do better than that.

I made the appointment to fix the recall for the tundra. After I was told that it would take only 2 hours, my truck was returned to me 4 hours later and was told that the recall issue was NOT fixed due some system failure…… Talk about a waste of F#&ken time. For the future, please don’t waste people’s time for no reason and actually do absolutely nothing about the problem!!!!!!
