I had my truck towed in Wednesday at 6:30am. I thought the mechanics would start looking at it at 8am. I kept trying to get updates throughout the day so I could figure out my next day of work. I was so desperate I went to the dealer around 5:45pm only to find my truck was in the same spot it was when left by the tow truck that morning but with the hood left open and my window rolled down when I got tools and equipment inside and that's the way they were going to leave it all night cause the mechanic was gone. I finally got word next day. It's not Denise fault cause she probably couldn't update what she didn't know and when I would call I couldn't get through to anybody. There were some people that went out of their way to help me out and that made me feel better.

It took 2 hours to get my car and nobody gave me a call to pick it up, I had to ask if my car was ready so I don’t know when my car was ready. Besides that the staff was friendly and helpful, this is my favorite location to go. I just didn’t appreciate that.

Communication during the service was disjointed and the person that originally checked me in disappeared. I asked another service agent for assistance as to my service status and they disappeared and never came back. The third agent seemed annoyed and got back only after stopping to help other customers who arrived hours after I did. It was a pretty miserable experience.
