I was satisfied with the regular oil change etc service but I NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT 14 months for a second key that I should have received when I purchased my car

The person who helped me with my schedule service, did not explain to me the follow ups with my car. Another smart and nice lady explained to me everything that I needed to know. I told the guy I had a package a few times that included oil and tire elation and he only said “good to know” charged 39 dollars for a tire rotation, even though he could’ve looked up what my package included. He told the lady to apologize for him, and that he didn’t know I had a package, that included that because at the end of the service he changed my oil but did not do my tire oration because I denied to have a tire alignment even though he explain to me it was two different things. I doubt he got my car completely checked, I had a problem with my sensors at the end of the service and he said I have spilled coffee nearby the sensors that activated my break signs and my tire signs. Never took accountability or listened to me since the beginning and I felt like I couldn’t trust my dealer. Why am I paying for a service( oil and tire rotation) and only getting one thing done and have to reschedule again to get my tire rotation when I could’ve done it the same day. I talked to other employees to explain to me a few stuff, and when I mention this first guys name who helped me they also came to an understanding that I am not the first person who he treats poorly.

Worst service ever on many levels.

I think Denise did a pretty good job staying on top of managing the multiple repairs that were needed. It took a week to get everything done because Toyota inventory did not have on hand what we needed, but that’s not her fault. She kept me up-to-date and offered me a loaner car which I appreciated and applied coupons to the overall service, which made it a little bit more affordable for me. She’s got a good personality and she seems to know what she’s doing.,I appreciate that. I’ll continue in the future to bring my car in to her for service. JT

Simona was exceptional and friendly. She explained what service was included gave a summary what was corrected and what may occur for the next maintenance visit with jargon that was very understandable. Most importantly she has a great personality that I would request over and over again for future appointments. I will see here at my 20k maintenance.

Mona was extremely positive and welcoming. I didn’t have the best morning, but she made it a little easier. Amazing what a warm smile and an energetic greeting can do.
