The service person that I spoke with first was rude; it was a lady standing behind me who was acting like she was going to attack me . He made scared and not trusting . And he quoted me a high price for the service. Which I had no idea of the problem on my vehicle. Then someone kept texting me to sale my vehicle. I started feel bad. So I asked for a manager. And he went to see what was going on with my vehicle. I still felt like I was over priced for the service and the suv runs ruff. I’m not sure what was done. I just paid and left. I wasn’t satisfied with your customer service people. I think they just want to make money and don’t care about the customers.

There is a reason I have been going to Norm Reeves Toyota for over 20 years. It is for service managers like Q that make it worthwhile. Service is always outstanding and while prices are a bit of a premium they are a dealership and everything is done to the highest standard. I'm happy to pay the difference to have such a wonderful outcome. Highly recommend. Q also been serving me 20 plus years!
