I brought my truck in at 11 am and was told it would be ready no later than 4 pm and noticed on the Toyota app that my truck wasn’t touched until 3:39pm I then got a call from some random employee who said my truck required the service manager to sign off on a part but he can’t do it because he is to busy so they have to keep my truck overnight. This cost me $120 in Uber rides because your service manager was too lazy to sign a piece of paper. Please train your service manager how to schedule his day and treat customers with respect. Every interaction with dealership has been difficult because they treat customers like an annoyance instead of customers.

There were charges that I wasn't sure how much they were going to be until I had to pay for it once the service was complete. For example to change a fuse I was charged $119, that is way to much for a 5 minute job. I also wanted my breaks checked and just for them to be looked at was another $119. I won't be returning for service at this company if for them to look at something breaks the bank. My name is Reece Larrabee if you want to look at my service charges.
