The key gets stuck while putting it in the ignition. I would think a brand new laser key would smoothly fit into the ignition. If it still get stuck after the weekend, I will bring it back.

Check in was easy. I made an appointment at 1:30pm. When I checked in the person was friendly and helpful. Then, the service advisor came and I asked him for brake service. I thought my brakes were due for changing. So, I asked him to check if the brakes needed to be changed. And, he said ok. Good listener. My brakes were my only concern. So, turns out that the brakes were still good to use and that I needed to change the brake fluid and had a dirty air filter. Good job because that was what another dealer said. So, I got the brake fluid changed. Good service though at Norm Reeves. My Truck is running good and still working properly. That’s one thing that’s important. So, overall service experience is good and up to standard. And, I plan on coming back again someday for service for my vehicle.
