It took a while to figure out what the problem was with my Tacoma. Richard stayed with it until they could diagnose the problem. Constantly keeping me updated. Richard really is a rockstar.

Luis was fine. However, I feel paying $100 for a gas cap was exorbitant, particularly since that represents only the deductible on my extended warranty. Without it, the cost would have been more than double. FOR A GAS CAP? Really?!!!
