Was originally told 2 to 3 hours at 915. At 1200, Got an alert on my phone about the front brakes and roaders in the front. My advisor did not call me about this so i had to call. Rosalina told me brakes and roaders should be good for around 5000 miles or around my next service and then told me she would call me when the truck was ready. At 130, my wife had to work so she dropped me off at the dealership. As we got there, I could see my truck outside completed but still no phone call. I went inside and was helped by different advisor. That advisor told me no one called me cause my paperwork was just sitting there and no one completed it. He proceeds to tell me that I would need new breaks before my next service which is the complete opposite of was I was advised earlier when my truck was still being worked on. Terrible in consistent service. Very disappointing.

When I got there and explained what needed to be done- it seemed that the service advisor did not want to help me- he said is there anything that needed to be fixed- I told him about my call with Toyota corporate and that they had told me to go to the dealership and get a firmware update. The advisor made me feel that I wasn’t there for the right reason. He had to check with the shop foreman and said they could try. I stayed around and the issue was fixed. At the end I was satisfied
