This is the second time I've answered this question. I made an appointment for 9am to get a speaker checked out. After checking in my vehicle I was told I had 3 recalls, one was to replace my engine. I said I have a hybrid and shouldn't have those recalls. The service representative said that didn't matter, and asked when I wanted to have the recalls completed. I said now. 20 minutes later while I was waiting for a ride I was told I didn't have any recalls and they will look into the speaker problem. 4 hours later I was shown the speaker worked perfectly. To access the speaker would take less than 5 minutes. My 4 hour wait, and the lack of knowledge the service representative showed keeps me from wanting to go back.

Mr. Q Hold is great. He did a great job in assisting me especially with my financial application with Sunbit. I told him that I have cash and debit card but I want yo maximize my options first.
