I had a reservation for 9 to have a speaker checked. It took 4 hours. When I checked in the service representative told me I had many recalls on my vehicle. Engine needed to be replaced, fuel filler hose needs replaced, and a software update, about 2 weeks of work. While I was waiting for my ride home, and 20 minutes later he said my truck didn't qualify for any of them. Very unorganized place.

It was very hard to get updates regarding my car. I had called multiple times to try and get updates and my dad did as well. We both never got calls back which was very frustrating. I had to physically go into the shop to get updates.

The work on my car has been good as far as I can tell.
The last two recent times I’ve been in to pick up my car, I’ll walk in and wait, and wait and wait and wait and no one bothers to ask me if I’ve been helped. Today 12/31 I stood and waited just to see how long it would take for anyone to acknowledge me. Even though there were two available people, they ignored me and one was browsing her phone. I was finally helped when someone came back from lunch and noticed I was standing near her desk. I guess the only way to get help is to interrupt someone at their desk because employees in the service dept won’t ask customers if they’ve been helped?
Besides that, it’s also impossible to get a human on the phone in the service department. I don’t know what’s going on over there but it’s not good.
