No customer service. I text and ask what time my van will be done. No answered. The guy was rude. I came in at 2 pm and didn’t get my van back until 5:30 pm and it was only for oil change service. When I ask the guy that help me around 3:30 what’s going on my van? He reply to me that it just being look at right now. I ask him it 1 hr and half and my van just going to look at? He reply yes just now. Then I waited until 5:30 and was lay one out at the door.

Where to begin? Perhaps the fact that I informed your employees on three different occasions dating back to August and most recently when I made the service appointment that you had my phone number in your system incorrect is a good place to start. Dropped off the car Tuesday morning and found that Denise who booked my service took the day off. Luis who handle my check in told it would ready pretty quickly. Imagine my surprise when I finally called at 12:45 to inquire if the car was done to be told that they had two “bad numbers” and couldn’t reach me? Really, too bad they didn’t go one step further and email me since the address was clearly on the work orders. Was told an Uber would be sent to pick me up. All good tight? Wrong. I received a text telling me that receptionist would have my keys. Guess that was because the service department closed early for the holiday. Guess they didn’t take into account that receptionist was similarly gone for the day. As a resultt the person sitting at said desk vaugely directed me to the back (service area) when I inquired about my keyes. So I wandered around an obvious vacant service and parts department. When I went back to the front desk ( having found another service customer similarly befuddled)more than alittle upset. Why did you send me back there? I’m not the receptionist he rudely replied. Again, really? He walked me over to the other side of the showroom where the person he directed me to was clearly not in customer service mode. Instead of trying to find out why I was upset he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t even have to help me. Well, that certainly fueled my anger and frustration with the entire dealership. When I made it (loudly) clear that I could easily take my car elsewhere he actually had the temerity to say he didn’t want me to return. On the way out (after we determined he gave me the wrong keys)I stopped to see if the GM was in. Of course not, left early for the holiday. So, at this point to I wait to hear back from him or just contact corporate?
