La persona que me atendió me dió un servicio muy malo horrible eso es inaceptable. Mi cita era a las 10:30. Llegué 20 minutos antes a la cita y me dijo que en dos o tres horas el carro iba a estar listo dije bueno entre mí a las 12:30 1:30 va a estar listo ok muy bien,, a la 1:38 fui y le pregunté qué pasó ya pasaron tres horas más de tres horas y el carro no está listo y lo que me contestó él dijo dame 15 a 20 minutos más en ese promedio el carro estará listo porque todavía lo están inspeccionando en inspección y dije ok está bien y le dije OK está bien 15 o 20 minutos máximo Pasaron 45 minutos más aparte de los 20 minutos y el carro no estaba listo me hizo esperar demasiado ???????????????????? tuve que cancelar una cita importante para mí , por qué la persona me mintió por qué mejor no me dijo o me hubiera dicho el carro va a estar listo de 3:00 a 4:00 horas así hubiera quedado más satisfecho yo , pero esto es inaceptable esperar más de 4 horas no no ????

Super happy the rear brakes were noticed and fixed. When I got my brakes serviced here last time I thought the front end dove a lot and that it didn’t feel like the rear shoes were grabbing as much. Super excited to have the truck braking normal again.

My wife showed up on time for our 9 o’clock appointment to receive the 2nd key from the car that we purchased approximately 2 months ago. The salesman couldn’t find it when we purchased the car. Therefore my wife came into get the key for the appointment but had to wait 6 hours to get the key which we should have been available when we purchased the car!

The warranty repair was denied do to a “nick” in the sensor on the front bumper that was smaller than the sharpen tip of a pencil. This is the 4 tundra I’ve owned and the 2nd one purchased from you. $70k truck and a tiny nick takes it out! I asked to speak with a manager and the one standing in front of me was leaving and the other one was too busy to help. You can ask Simeon one of your sales reps who came from El Cajon Toyota about the customer you lost. Losing a customer over a few hundred dollars seems short sighted to me. Especially since I’m pretty sure you could have pushed it through the extended warranty plan in purchasing. You can read the entire review on yelp or google that shows pictures of the nick and a sharp pencil tip to show how minuscule it was.

The service at Norm Reeves was excellent. My car had to “sleep” overnight and was finished the next morning, just as promised. The shuttle took me home and picked me up which was a HUGE benefit! My brakes and car are running very smoothly now! Richard Pomplun was very helpful and informative throughout the process. Snd I live the sticker on the windshield which notes the next mileage for service! That alone makes me feel well-taken care of!
