My service writer booked an appointment on New Years Day. I asked her if you were open and she assured me you were. You were not. Next day I emailed with no response. Following day called, someone texted me around 4:30 pm to reschedule. No apology offered. When I brought it in I I asked for a reflector to be installed, I already had part. Person who
