The appointment took long the expected, updates were not sent via text and I was not able to reach out to anyone. I purchased my car from your dealer and have done all the maintenances with your shop. I also have another car that I take for service there. I moved to north county in 2002 but I still drive to your shop for maintenance. I am seriously reconsidering that. I also called and left a message for the manager and have not received a call back.

I scheduled and my daughter dropped the car at 9am for the alarm and tire replacement for her 2024 Land Cruiser
At 11am I have to request to take time off to norm reeve Toyota because your tech and service advisor can’t locate the jack to lower the spare tire
When I arrived I found it it front of her and it was where it supposed to be. She said they looked all over but can’t find it and they don’t have extra. When I found it, she said because she doesn’t want to go thru our belongings. I said I’ll go to lunch and be back but decided not to because she said it will probably takes 1/2” hours so I waited. A few hour went buy I received message that they don’t have my tire size. So unprofessional and wasted a lot of time and I have to take time off without paid
