A year ago I brought my Tacoma in for a noise in the front suspension. you replaced cab mounts ($800) it did nothing. I brought it back and you replaced something again. No change. The noise persisted so I brought again. Two techs were in the truck, windows down and we all heard the loud noise in your back lot. He put on the report that he did NOT hear the noise. I wasn’t charged but the ONLY reason I brought it to a Dealer for service is bc you should know the truck inside and out. Clearly that is not the case. I’m more bothered that I spent nearly $900 for nothing. You were just trouble shooting and charged me for a guess that was wrong.
