The check-in process is too slow.7:15am appointment, depart7:45am. You have a lot of people standing around and not enough people getting customers checked in and on their way. The car after us was complaining and got checked in before us. The tall guy greeter(?) standing off to the side eating a breakfast sandwich didn't appear professional from my perspective, but had we not been waiting so long perhaps I wouldn't be so critical. We experience the same slow service each visit.

I called numerous times to discuss addional service recommendations. All I got was an answer machine. I dont want to do busness with a computer especially with such high chardes.I finally called your SALES DEPARTMENT to get to a human. Rosalinda was off the next day. My car stayed overnight additioal work not done amd I still have not talked to a person about my car. It seems that U have set up barriers for personal service interaction..Bad business!!

Jessice has a nice presence and ability to work with customers even when they are upset. Appreciated her calm demeanor. She was kinda short and act like she had something more important to do other than service my vehicle and wouldn’t be able to tell me a time if it was gonna be an hour and a half or three or four hours before I got out of here just be nice for them to be a little more informative When you’re dropping your vehicle off to get repaired or if she didn’t know just say I don’t know. We bagged up right now.
