I didn’t get any updates throughout my service (which I usually do) and he said it would take 2.5 hours, it took longer. When 3 hours came, I went up to ask about it, and they said it was done and got me checked out. So it was kind of annoying that my car was done and I was just chilling there. Every other time I’ve been here it’s been great and always gotten updates and done in the time they say, so this definitely isn’t the norm. I’m still very pleased with the service here overall, everyone is friendly and helpful
