So I was there initially for my 10k service on 07/22/25 check in at 4:35pm around they found out I had puncture on my rear right tire which they offer to fix and I agreed @7:30 they said they fix the puncture and did 10k service but tech broke my sensor for tire pressure and fix it but he can’t program it so I have to come back. When I left I noticed the tire that had puncture was still in the rear right side that means tire rotation wasn’t done. When I came back on 08/04/25 @4:15 pm I told Josh that make sure they do the tire rotation because they didn’t do it last time he said he will make sure @ 5:30 I was handed my car and I noticed that tire is still in rear I told Josh and they fix it. So not sure why you guys keep lying to your customers we trust you guys with cars thinking you will do your jobs right guess what I have also been disappointed at this location no matter what. I do regret giving you business. Hours of wait for small thing which wasn’t even my fault your tech broke my sensor I had to come back still wait for hours. Going forward I’m not coming at this location. Lying to your customers is not good.
