I wanted to share a bit of feedback regarding my visit today. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at your service department, and everyone is typically very friendly and welcoming. However, during today’s visit, I worked with an advisor I hadn’t met before, and unfortunately, the interaction didn’t feel as positive as I’ve come to expect.
The advisor didn’t seem particularly friendly, and the overall tone just felt off compared to what I’m used to at Toyota. While I understand everyone can have an off day, I thought it was worth mentioning since it stood out compared to my usual visits.
I appreciate the consistently great service your team provides and hope this helps maintain that standard.

I dropped my vehicle off at my appointment time at 0800 AM I was told verbally that the car would be finished at 2 PM the same day. I was given no updates about the progress throughout the day. I arrived at 230pm to check on progress. Only to find out they changed the time to 3 PM. They weren't able to talk to me until 330 PM still no updates on progress. Only to find that the job was incomplete. Would have taken another 35 minutes when they already had 7 1/2 hours from the appointment time. For $300 I expected a little better.
