I wish I was given the estimated time of service when I brought the car. Additionally, I was not helped with scheduling another appointment for my check engine light and now I will have to try to call to schedule.

I wasn't notified about any issues with my vehicle until 3 hours after I checked out at about 1030am. I wasn't given a copy of my vehicle inspection report until it was texted to me at 130pm. The man who checked me out (a different service advisor who sat right next to my original one), should have told me about all the issues my vehicle had to include a filthy cabin air filter that needed to be exchanged (which I would have done on the spot), and something called a "TOYOTA A/C REFRESHER SERVICE", but I don't know what that entails or how it's determined that my vehicle requires one. Since it's expensive, I would think one of the service advisors would have given me the time of day to explain it all to me, otherwise what am I paying for?
Also, why wasn't my spare tire's air pressure checked if all my other tires were adjusted and I previously met my service advisor know that I had a flat tire a few months ago, so that spare tire may have needed some attention. Hopefully I don't have another flat tire again since I can't rely on an official Toyota dealership to simply check its air pressure during a basic preventative maintenance inspection.
That same male service advisor also didn't care to bring up my broken little plastic door handle piece that was ordered for replacement until I brought it up at the very end. He had a very nonchalant demeanor as if I was burdening him, until I asked if it was actually ready to be checked out, thinking it was never serviced at all to begin with, since it was already an hour at that point and I saw it parked right in the middle of the parking lot while I was on a phone call. If he didn't want to help me, he could have just called my original service advisor over instead.
This is exactly was I made my appointment with Robert Farr, since I only had excellent service with him in the past, so why couldn't have I just been assigned to him all along instead? Robert is a real professional who actually follows up on his customers, one of the very best I've ever had across multiple Toyota dealerships in Ontario, San Francisco, Los Angeles and now San Diego with three brand new Toyotas in the past 20 years. Otherwise, why allow customers the ability to choose heir service advisors online at all, if we're not actually going to be assigned to them?
I am hoping a manager looks into this, since apparently my car needs attention.
