Even with a scheduled appointment, the check-in process was extremely slow. There should be a separate line for customers with appointments instead of mixing us in with walk-ins. After waiting so long just to check in, I was then left waiting over 3 hours for service which defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place.
On top of that, the shuttle service mileage limit makes no sense when customers are being asked to wait this long. If you’re going to keep people’s cars for hours, you should offer more flexible transportation.

Q did not get back to me like he said he would within 2 weeks after my son’s car was serviced.
My son purchased his car from Norm Reeves just over a year ago and we aren’t happy with a plastic piece on the drivers side and have brought the car in several times and nothing has been fixed! This car is a year old now and I am not happy . They took pictures and Q was supposed to contact me a week and a half ago to what they would do about this . Nothing yet! ?
