I’ve been trying to get ahold of the service manager for two days, and have left multiple messages. No part of my experience was pleasant, and the bill is so outrageous I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company unless I am able to speak to someone beforehand.

John didn’t inform me anything after finishing giving service to my car. I knew everything only by receiving text and checking online. I didn’t want to pay service fee online, so I came to the counter. It seems like no one in the counter wanted to help me as it wasn’t their job, our service wasn’t belong to them. I am considering next time won’t choose this place to do any maintenance for my car.

No one walked me through the oil change or tire rotation service at the end. Thread depth was not discussed, brake inspection was not discussed, overall inspection was not discussed. Keys were handed to me and I was charged. Didn’t feel as hospitable as it normally does. Maybe an off day for the staff. But I definitely noticed.

I was told up front that you offered shuttle service, but it never materialized. I was at the dealership for close to 4 hours! I came in with a very specific issue with my radio. Period. Service Dept did full inspection and found a headlight out. So they fixed it and gave me an astronomical price quote to replace radio unit. That , a $293.17 charge, and a 4-hour wait was what I got out of the visit. I ended up canceling the new radio order. II always believe I’m being overcharged at the dealership, but thought I had to go there for this particular issue. Turns out I didn’t so likely will not do this again. I found the service people were nice and respectful , though not particularly attentive.
