Robert Farr is an excellent service manager. Phone reception scheduling person was very friendly and accommodating - especially due to the fact that i brought in an unscheduled tow truck delivery. The guy on the delivery platform was outstanding too - he repeatedly made sure that i was being serviced. I wish i knew the names of the last two. Whole team was exceptional as always. Maintenance is not cheap at this place - probably just a sign of the times - but the people keep me coming back.

A constant problem for me, as a customer, and likely others, is your dysfunctional phone system. So frustrating when customers need ro talk with a human. This has been a problem for years, now. You need to do much better if you want customers to have confidence that they may communicate effectively with the service reps.
I hope for improvements by the next time I need service. I am a customer for 34 years.

My daughter took her car in. It was her first time taking the car in and she didn't know what to expect. She said the service person seemed rushed and not interested in providing good customer service. My daughter had to go find her to ask if she was ok to leave because the service person did not tell her anything. Only when my daughter asked where she could wait, was she told "there's chairs over there behind the bookcase". I was hoping for a better experience overall.

My car is six month shy of being 25 years old. I realize that parts for my car are not always readily available. This happens periodically when I bring my car in for servicing. Denise always goes out of her way to order items as quickly as she learns they’re needed & to make sure to follow-up with me as soon as ordered items arrive.
