I’ve brought my vehicle to you multiple times and this was the first bad experience I’ve had. I had a 1400 appointment but dropped it off at 1000.I used your shuttle service and was told I would be contacted once it was near finished to coordinate getting picked up. I was given a rough estimate of 3:00 for when my vehicle would be done. My vehicle was seen at 1:02 pm and I heard nothing about completion or getting picked up so I tried reaching Q several times then the service department for 30 minutes until I was called back by someone different and told I would be contacted shortly by someone about my vehicle. Then at 3:40 Q contacted me and asked if I needed to be picked up I said yes and they sent an uber. Overall horrible experience today I’ve used your shuttle service before and it’s been wonderful but today I feel like I was forgotten about and flippantly treated dismissively. I brought my vehicle in for two things. A tire rotation and to fix my underbody panel. And I was quoted almost 800 dollars for new ones since you are unable to secure it by any other means. I have no desire to do any service or maintenance at your dealership ever again after today.Thank you.

Q told me he would have my car done in an hour and a half to two hours max. I doubt getting in my car four hours later. After many attempts of trying to reach him through calling him calling the receptionist, the reception is giving him my messages and through texting the number they provided. When I requested a shuttle, I got zero response and had to call my father-in-law and ask him for a ride. I also miss the doctors appointment that I’ve been waiting for and now I have to reschedule it a month later. Super unprofessional and would not recommend going back for service especially with Q. On the invoice, there was a $30 charge which the manager noticed and had to take off because I have a maintenance plan through Toyota. I asked for an oil change and I’m questioning it if it even got done due to the invoice, saying only topped off oil and fluids. I don’t even know if they did what I asked.
