I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I recently received at Norm Reeves Toyota. I have brought my vehicle exclusively to your service department for several years, and during my last visit I was told the air filter cover was missing and asked if I knew about it missing. I explained that I never open my hood outside of scheduled maintenance, so I didn’t have any idea what would have happened to it, yet the response I received was simply that the car “came in without it” and would need to replace it. This response raises concerns about accountability and oversight within your service department. My concern was further heightened when, during the same visit, I observed another customer return after leaving to report missing center caps from her rims. Incidents like these reflect poorly on the level of care and attention customers should reasonably expect from a trusted service provider at a Toyota dealership.. Additionally, I have not received any follow-up regarding the replacement cover I was told I needed to order. I expect prompt confirmation of its status and assurance that my vehicle will be restored properly without further inconvenience. As a loyal customer, I ask that this matter be addressed quickly and that steps be taken to ensure greater care and accountability moving forward.

I came to get a basic oil change and rotation earlier today. I was told due to another business’ mistake. The other business put a plug in to replace the stripped screw and I have had ZERO issues and even an oil change since then. Im told today that Toyota would not touch my oil pan or plug due to concerns it would not be inserted and cost a new oil pan if it failed. I opted to have no work done and was told nothing was touched. I get home to oil spewing out of my pan covering my undercarriage and driveway. I am beyond upset and disappointed with my service and expect to have my oil pan replaced without cost.

The representative was very unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. I requested a driver to take me home while my car was being serviced, but he told me both drivers were at lunch and that I would have to wait. He didn’t offer an Uber or any alternative solution. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Showed up early was still told they were super busy when they clearly were not. Was charged way to much to much for an inspection that told me I had a lose shield that was making noise. I asked them to look at the steering were the sounds was coming from. Came to pick up car attendant was chillin with her boyfriend and then gave us attitude. I will not be returning to norm reeves for any further business. ????

Jessica was honest and very helpful! Our situation was a bit unusual because the car was with our son in San Diego and we are in Los Angeles. She had it serviced without anyone actually being there in the service center. She was very good at her job and didn't take advantage of us. She followed through on everything promised!
