Please, some advice. When you finish the service, don't send customers to look for their car because it's annoying when you don't tell them where they parked it. If You are waiting for the person, please have your car nearby. Or tell them exactly where it's parked. Its not nice the customer ealk all over the parking to find there car

Richard did a great job at keeping me updated, even when delivering delays he picked up the phone to make a call vs. just a text.
He also tried to get courtesy vehicle to drive me home, I was two miles out of the range driver said NO a little disappointed since I did have to leave my car for service a few days. Over all satisfied with service.
