I wasn’t completely satisfied, but very close to satisfaction. Here’s my issue, months ago I reported a problem with one of my tires. I was told that the tire was find. Later on I had the same issue, the problem was my back passenger tire. My tires had gotten rotated, the problem moved to the passenger front tire. I reported the issue during my current visit. I was told that the tire probably need’s to be replaced. I purchase my tires at Norm Reeves, isn’t my tires covered under the warranty? If the tire need’s replacement then replace it.

Been taking my car to norm reeves cerritos since I purchased my car back in 2021 Accord, and even before when I bought my 2004 Accord (both from this location). The only absolute 2 things I wish were better: 1. The wait times, 2. A shuttle service that can take you home (or loaners!).
