I took my car for an oil change on a hectic Saturday morning. Let me just say this; going to get the oil change was not what I expected. I was going in expecting the worse wait time and a full house and instead it was a full house, I didn’t wait a long time and had other services done on my vehicle without waiting as long as my mind imagined. I gotta hand it to the advisor I got. Miguel Cabrera, I got to hand it to you boss, I don’t know your patience tolerance but I would of ran far from your job, but you are definitely the man cut out for the job. Thank you for outstanding customer service, thank you for a job well done, thank you for being kind, collected, amazing service and always smiling. Saturday was just not the shiz sir, but you handle things extremely good.

I just want to point out that the service writer was professional and helpful, but I did not receive the services that I paid for. I took my car in March for a B service and did not receive a tire rotation. I took my car in today, 5/16/26, paid extra for the tire rotation and still did not receive the tire rotation. How I know I did not receive it both times is because I have a small knick on the tire sidewall, where the rubber hangs loose on my back rear passenger side tire…that tire has been there for both services. I don’t appreciate getting charged extra for services that I am not actually receiving.
