I had my windshield replaced at Norm Reeves Cerritos in May. The very next day, I had to return because the installer had caused an issue with the vehicle’s electronic system.
About 2 weeks later, I had to bring the vehicle back again because the windshield was leaking. I was told the leak had been fixed and the windshield was resealed. After waiting for a week, I took the car through a car wash, and it was still leaking in the exact same spots.
I contacted Ramiro Montes by email (with a video of the leak attached), left a voicemail on his direct line, and even asked the front desk to have him call me back. I have received no response.
This situation is completely unacceptable. The problem remains unresolved after multiple repair attempts, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.
