When purchasing the car, I was told I had 2 years of maintenance, which was not the case. My nad for not making sure that it wasnt in writing. But Javier had me calling finance dept and trying to understand what was going on instead of confirming himself. I called him twice and he didnt answer or call me back. I also text as I got a 5ext from him that would not open. A little disappointed with the communication this time.

I want to sincerely thank Trevor for being calm and quick to fix my issues. First, my engine light issue then my engine mounts. And when my vehicle was returned. I had issues with my brakes. He called me immediately to remedy the issue again! Great work Trevor!!
