If I texted on either number he texted me from, even in response to a question from him, I was not able to get a response. Communication needs improvement.

More clear and concise communication between sales,service, and overall team at Norma reeves Honda. Extremely disappointed at the lack of clarity and transparency this dealership has shown. George unfortunately had the opportunity to show more professionalism but failed. There was no need for the phone call about trading in my vehicle.
