Thanh Sabatier was awesome and he definitely deserves a raise! I felt welcome and he educated me on stuff that I don’t know without feeling dumb. He was super professional, clear with communication, kept me updated throughout the process. I also appreciated that he was accommodating with small requests and made sure the car was ready before I got there. Great customer service overall. Also just want to point out that Thanh Sabatier was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely positive. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and not just rushing through the job. Made the whole experience much better.

I’ve had problems with my civic since I bought it. The problem was just identified after 7 and a half years. It’s a pity that customers get ignored and pushed around. I had to be without a car for a week before my problem was resolved. After I provided copies of all the service records Honda Corporate has to step in.

Mal servicio fui a dejar el carro temprano y le dije a miguelcabrera que me ablara cuando estubiera listo para recojer y me ablo en latarde regrese me dio el papeleo y todabia tuve que esperar mi carro por dos horas simplemente le isieron un diagnostico no miro el problema de entregarlo rapido me cobro $189.95 y dijo que tenia que chequar algo mas que es relacionado con los ingectores y que eso era mas dinero tambien dijo que los mecanicos no trabajan de gratis su tiempo de los mecanicos si es importante pero ami me isieron esperar muchas horas no tienen cortecia para nada pero cuando nos an vendido los carros todo cambia y la amabilidad esta muy bien me dijo que mi carro de 60mil millas tenia muchos problemas como es posible que un carro con ese millage ocupe $9000 dolares para arreglarlo y es un aproximado ya que podria ser mas.
