I went in for an oil change and was told needed diff services and was given different prices that just didn’t add up to the $3000. He quoted me. So when I said I will go with what I came for 3 times I noticed he got upset and began talking fast and I couldn’t keep up with him. I asked him to go over the prices of the 3 items I decided to do and he said it’s on the paper right there he pointed which was rude. I used to have good experiences with the Honda service people but not in the last 2 times I went there. It’s so sad.

My interactions with Julie seemed just odd for reasons I can't really explain. There was drama that didn't need to happen. Also I was told the car was taken care of but it hadn't been and then I had to complain and escalate and then I was told the part would be in in a couple days but I didn't get a call for like more than a week. So overall it was not a positive experience and I don't think I would work with Julie as an advisor again in the future

My windshield washer spray doesn’t work when the liquid level in the reservoir is three quarters full. Javier refused to let technician to look at it, even though weren’t many customers,saying I have to come in the morning. The time was3:30 PM,so it was time available. My car was ready by 4:00 PM. Not happy at all with his attitude.
