I was satisfied with the service. I did not appreciate being given misinformation. I was told that I would receive complementary oil changes for the first year for buying a new car at Norm Reeves. Today I was told only the first oil change was included. The sales person and the finance representative both assured me that oil changes would be included for the first year.

George Juarez was a terrible advisor to have contact with. Instead of explaining or reasoning he showed he has no patience and close to no professionalism. I had hoped to speak with Neil in sales. I hope u didn’t misspell his name but he was great and I wish I could have had a better experience to enjoy looking into a possible trade in but because of Mr. Juarez I will not be bringing my business to norm reeves in Cerritos. I hope corporate does something about it as well because there are many more like myself who have I can only imagine have dealt with such an entitled advisor. I will be leaving a review as well to warn ppl who could potentially deal with George Juarez because not everyone will speak up in situations like this because of lack of knowledge on dirty workers in industries like this.

Jonathan was super helpful! But my truck has all the lights including engine and the only thing they found was catalyst converter ??? I don’t think so ! Now there is no Inspection like before now it’s just the scanner ! Trust me a machine it’s not going to find what’s wrong with my truck !

I was not satisfied with my recent service experience at Norm Reeves Honda due to the service advisor’s tone and manner of communication. From the start, her demeanor came across as condescending. I asked a simple question about whether my vehicle could be run through the machine wash, as this has been done without issue during prior visits. While I fully understand and respect being told no, the way the response was delivered was dismissive and unnecessary. I was told that they do not do that and that I “wouldn’t want it anyway” because it is not a good wash. That response raised concerns for me, particularly since my brand-new vehicle and several other vehicles my family has purchased from Norm Reeves Honda have previously gone through the same wash. The issue was not the denial itself, but the lack of professionalism in how it was handled. After reflecting on the interaction, I spoke with a friend who reported a similarly negative experience with the same advisor. In his case, a multipoint inspection was waived without his consent, yet the paperwork reflected that he had declined it, which was not accurate. Overall, this was a disappointing experience driven by poor communication and attitude. A simple inquiry was met with a response that felt rude and dismissive, which is not the level of customer service I expect from a dealership with which my family has done repeated business
