Pésimo servicio cuando hable para hacer la cita me dicen que dura 1 hr llegue dure 20 min en línea para que me atendieran 7 carros entraron después que yo y fueron asignados con su número cuando le comenté a la persona que me respetara el orden y me atendieran a mí primero dijo que lo sentía que habían sido su error y que no podía hacer eso después pedí hablar con el supervisor y él estaba alegando con otra persona sobre la tardanza con su carro y el muy despota también con ella entonces me atendió Oscar y me dijo que en 3 hrs iba a estar el carro entonces de que sirve que uno haga cita si se van a saturar con tantos carros, entiendo la tardanza por falta de personal o por problemas fuera de su alcance pero por abarcar con tanto carros para más entrada de ganancia ni hace bien su trabajo y hacen que la gente se desespere y lo digo por que al final le pedí las llaves a óscar por qué mi carro ya estaba estacionado en el lugar donde los ponen ya terminados nunca recibí el mensaje y cuando fui con oscar también el ya muy incómodo me dijo lo siento si su carro ya está y las llaves están en el carro cuando fui al carro ya estresada por el restraso el carro no habría y siempre que voy hay de 3 a 4 personas sentadas en una banca afuera como para que se te suba más el estrés y digas pero por qué están ahí si están tan atrasados con el servicio al ver que yo estaba queriendo abrir el coche se acercó y me auxilio diciendo que el carro se había laqueado entonces tuvimos que ir de nuevo con Oscar y haciendo su trabajo que tenía que hacer si estuviera menos estres abrió las puertas donde ponen las llaves y las buscó y ahí estaba ???? entiendo como le digo que esté fuera de su alcance pero es algo que ustedes se están buscando por falta de un mejor control y no respetar las citas. Trevor was awesome upon leaving my car. Customer service the next day picking up my car was horrible. My car was delivered to me all wet from the front. I don’t remember the guy name that supposedly helped us, never got up from his SEAT to take us to my car nor explain what was done. He said he was just waiting on us to look at the car so he can proceed with payment. I had to tell him to have someone wipe my car off. I had to wait another 20min he was just bad.

Ruben was very polite and friendly. He explained to me what the recall was & what they were going to do with my vehicle. He told me it would take about 2 hours and offered me to arrange the shuttle if I wanted to to to the mall. But I preferred to wait in the waiting area. When the car was done (less than 2 hours), he came to me and gave me the paperwork. I had good experience and it was a very nice service. Thank you
