Change oil will take 3.5 hours to get done promise time is 2hours still it is not acceptable your service supervisor just left and never call back at the given time and keep me waiting every body is busy don’t play god in your shop please .

Horrible service. No customer service, no urgency on following up on status of my vehicle despite telling the Service advisor I needed to be out before 11 am to pick up my son. Charged for a service I said I didn’t want at the moment and didn’t explain what I was paying for. Horrible experience.
